Helping people thrive in the world of remote work

Remote Work Consulting

Remote work is not just an employee benefit, it’s also a business strategy. Jobs that have traditionally been remote (call centers, claims processors, data entry) are often chosen because they are task oriented. Mobile workers have traditionally been field representatives such as sales, and home health care workers. But what about your project managers, innovators and creatives? Is it appropriate for them to be work-at-home as well? What works best for your organization? I believe that the key to any successful remote work program is to get the right people, in the right place, for the right reason.

If you would like to discuss a remote work challenge your organization is experiencing take a moment and schedule a free 30-minute consultation. After the initial consult, I’ll create a customized proposal on how we can work together to solve your challenge.

Examples of what I can help your organization with:

  • Developing employee engagement programs that increase productivity, reduce turnover, and strengthen employee commitment
  • Creating onboarding and employee training programs that get new employees engaged from the start
  • Identifying knowledge management programs that can increase institutional knowledge sharing and decrease worker isolation
  • Improving communication and business workflows using the technology you have already invested in
  • Enabling managers and team leads to empower and grow their teams – whether fully remote or hybrid

My remote work consulting packages are priced per project. Contact me to request a proposal.
